CompuDoc MT — water system alert & operations service (ifix406)
Effective date: August 25, 2026

CompuDoc MT ("we", "us") operates a monitoring, alarm call-out, and operations console service for small municipal water systems, including the Town of Dutton, Montana. This policy explains what information we collect from enrolled water-system operators and how we use it, including for text (SMS) messaging.

Information we collect

We collect only the information needed to operate the service for your water system: your name, your mobile phone number, and your role, provided by your water system's authorized administrator when you are enrolled; your consent to receive alarm calls and text messages, given by you during a recorded onboarding phone call; and basic sign-in and usage records (such as sign-in times and alarm acknowledgements) needed to keep the operations console secure and to document water-system operations.

How we use your information

Your mobile number is used solely to operate the service: to send sign-in verification codes for the operations console, to deliver water-system alarm notifications and related operational calls, and to send occasional account notices about your enrollment. We send no marketing or promotional messages of any kind. Message frequency varies with water-system activity (for example, alarm events and sign-ins). Message and data rates may apply.

We do not share, sell, rent, or provide your mobile phone number, your text messaging originator opt-in data, or your messaging consent to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Limited service-delivery sharing

We share information only as strictly necessary to deliver the service itself: with our telecommunications provider in order to transmit the calls and text messages you have consented to receive, and with your own water system's authorized administrators, who manage the operator roster. We may also disclose information if required by law. These recipients may not use your information for marketing.

Opting out and getting help

You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us, or by asking your water system administrator to remove you. Reply HELP to any message, call us at 406-476-7615, or email alarms@ifix406.com for help. Opting out of texts does not remove you from alarm phone calls, which are managed by your administrator.

Data retention and security

We keep operator contact information while you remain enrolled by your water system and remove it when your administrator removes you. Operational records (alarms, acknowledgements, sign-ins) are retained as part of the water system's operating history. Access to the operations console is restricted to enrolled, authenticated users.
