Messaging Terms & Conditions
The program
CompuDoc MT operates a text (SMS) messaging program for enrolled operators of participating municipal water systems, including the Town of Dutton, Montana. Messages consist of: sign-in verification codes for the operations console, water-system alarm notifications, and account notices about your enrollment. No marketing or promotional messages are sent.
Enrollment and consent
Operators are enrolled by their own water system's authorized administrator by name and mobile number. Each operator then completes an onboarding phone call from the service during which they choose a security code and give their consent to receive alarm calls and text messages from CompuDoc MT on that number. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies with water-system activity — for example, alarm events, sign-ins, and account changes. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier's plan. CompuDoc MT does not charge for messages.
Opting out
Reply STOP to any message to cancel text messages. You will receive a single confirmation message, after which no further texts will be sent to your number. You may also ask your water system administrator to remove you at any time. Opting out of texts does not stop alarm phone calls, which are managed separately by your administrator. Reply START to re-enroll.

Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Alarm text messages supplement, and do not replace, the service's alarm phone calls and the water system's own operating procedures; do not rely on SMS as the sole notification channel for life- or property-critical events.
General
The program is intended for enrolled water-system personnel. We may update these terms; the current version will always be available at this address, and material changes will be noted to enrolled operators. Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, which includes our commitment that mobile information and messaging consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
