What we do
Small water systems run on the same regulatory clock as large ones, with a fraction of the staff and none of the control-room budget. CompuDoc MT builds the monitoring layer those systems are missing: alarm call-out that reaches a real operator at 3 a.m., a historian that keeps the trend data an HMI panel throws away, and a plain-English operations console the people on call can actually read.
We are based in Montana and we operate the system we sell. Our first installation serves the Town of Dutton municipal water system (PWSID MT0000204), where our operator also holds the Operator in Responsible Charge certification for the plant.
The alarm call-out service
When a water plant raises an alarm — low tank level, pump failure, generator start, loss of communications — the system places a phone call to the operators on the call list, reads the condition aloud, and waits for one of them to acknowledge by keypad. If nobody answers, it escalates to the next operator. Every call, acknowledgement and outcome is recorded.
Text messages supplement those calls; they do not replace them. A municipal water system's after-hours alarm response cannot depend on SMS delivery, so the phone call is the primary path and always remains active.

This is a closed program. Messages go only to the named, enrolled operators of a participating water system — typically two to five people per system. There is no public sign-up and we never send marketing or promotional messages of any kind.

Operator console
Each water system gets a private, password-protected operations console showing live plant state, trends, alarm history and an accountability log of who armed or disarmed what and why. A system may also choose to publish a read-only public status page for its residents — the Town of Dutton's is at dutton.ifix406.com/plant.html.
